in garden areas, approximately 11 times per season (April - September).
Trimming of hedges is carried out once a year, usually at the end of the

This tenants exchange scheme is available on a national
basis and administered by a homes organisation in London. On completion of an application form, the
tenants' details are published in a national register. The register is
available in all council offices for interested parties to check for possible
exchanges in their desired area. Permission must be obtained from respective
landlords before an exchange can proceed.

Letters of Comfort are usually required to satisfy
solicitors during house sales. They are issued when work to a building has been
carried out without a building warrant. Applications should be made to Building
Control outlining the works in question.
A Building Control Officer will then inspect the works /building and
inform you of any changes which need to be made before a Letter can be issued.
After a further satisfactory inspection the Letter can be issued.

investigate all claims on site to allow a true assessment to be made and
