We operate an open door service, as well as an appointment system for more lengthy enquiries.

We also provide outreach in villages of North Lanarkshire, namely Shotts, Clelland, Newmains and Clelland.

The public opening times for the main office in Fauldhouse are:

Mon 9am to 5pm

Tues 9am to 5pm

Wed 9am to 3pm

Thurs 9am to 5pm

Fri 9am to 1pm

The outreach sessions are held at the following places and times:

    Every Monday 189A Station Road, Shotts 10am to 4pm

    Every Tuesday 189A Station Road, Shotts 10am to 4pm

    Every Thursday Miners Welfare, Main Street, Clelland 10am to 12 noon

    Every Thursday Credit Union Office, Main St, Newmains 1pm to 4pm

Home Visits can also be arranged for anyone who cannot make it into the office or outreach session for reason such as disability.
